Alright, I will admit, I am watching American Idol (cycle seven, but the first one for me). And let me tell you, this 17-year old kid, David Archuleta, is absolutely adorable. He sings fabulously and shines as a person with a modest and grateful attitude on the show. The judges say he is the best they've ever had. I hope he wins.

Just listen to this kid. He sang in the lobby of a hotel for Cycle 1 finalists, 6 years ago when he was 11 years old. Those finalists were stunned, including Kelly Clarkson. Amazing. His parents must be the happiest people ever.
